Recovery is about working towards a state of normal health both in mind and body, with grief it is recovering to a new normal and I will help you get there. Here’s what I offer.
Individual Counseling (by appointment)
One on one session of 60-90 minutes focusing on your personal grief recovery process.
Ambiguous loss is a subset of grief recovery that deals with losses that aren’t defined by the death of a person/pet. Divorce, job loss, , retirement and empty nesting are examples of ambiguous loss. In a support group setting we explore coping mechanism for these types of losses.

Confidential group setting with open conversation, talk, listen or just sit out on the deck. This circle is your time to openly express your grief with people that are living with it too. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, here the door is open for you to express feelings people around us do not understand.

The Back Pack Ritual is a group ritual hike focusing on the emotions we carry and carry for others. This embodied practice helps guide us to awareness about our wounds, places we may experience co-dependency and agency around how and when we let go of what we carry within.
