Doula/Hospice Consultation: Free

Hospice Nursing Services: $150/hour

Advanced Care Plan or Directives: $50

Doula Services $50 per/hour (Minimum 3 hours, ongoing clients eligible for discount on hourly fee. Please inquire directly with Suzanne)

Cannabis Care Consult : Initial 60-minute consult: $100

Ongoing Cannabis Care $30/hour (minimum one hour)

Funeral Planning: $75/hour

I started The Robert and Charlotte Parks Foundation in honor of my parents who were prominent members of the Des Moines and West Des Moines communities for decades. My father was a board member for Des Moines General Hospital and a West Des Moines City Councilman for almost 20 years as well as a deacon at Corinthian Baptist Church. My mother was a teacher in Des Moines Schools for 30 years and a member of St. Theresas Catholic Church as well as Des Moines Chapter of The Links Inc. They both thrived on acts of service for the communities they were a part of.
