We developed Sacred Ground Couples Weekend to help couples claim sacred time and move the needle on the most important relationship in their lives.

We are partnering with Pollinate Ritual and Ampersand Holistic Wellness to provide this unique ketamine experience. A Friday through Saturday overnight will allow you to have a facilitated ketamine ceremony supported by integration circles, adjacent healing modalities and delicious food to support your journey.

I’m proud to be on the core team for Maidens Weekend again this year. At the Maidens Weekend "big sisters" will guide the Maidens through themes of  authentic belonging, setting healthy boundaries, powerful decision making, honoring their bodies, and creating and maintaining community for each other. We access nature, art, movement, rest and play in our programming. Healing arts practitioners will lead group meditation and mindfulness practices. Nurturing meals all weekend and tools to go home with and navigate a challenging world.
